The video is clear in sound, appealing, and holds the interest of the viewer. The technical quality of the video is excellent with soothing music in the background. Hispanic and Asian women, growing groups in our society, are not represented. The cultural aspects are limited, but this was not the main focus of the video. It can serve as a powerful medium to stir discussion on several themes of aging such as the physical signs the cognitive, social, and physical losses reminiscence and cultural aspects. This video can be presented to introductory classes on aging based in practice and educational settings. The video challenges the ageist attitudes and stereotypes of aging. proud women instill a positive outlook on aging and clearly demonstrate themes of successful aging.
